How we build
Four principles, every product.

Focused products.
Each product does one job well, for one kind of team. Snaptiqz is for people running events, and Workeron is for people running teams across branches. We would rather go deep on one kind of work than cover every kind of work thinly.

Scoped by role.
Everyone sees exactly what their role allows — nothing more. A branch admin sees their branch, an event organiser sees their event, an employee sees their own day. Scope is designed in from the first screen, not added as a setting later.

Built to be audited.
Actions are logged, data has lineage, access is deliberate. The software we build is often the record someone else will check, so we build it to answer where a number came from and who changed it.

Made in Kozhikode, used everywhere.
A product company based in Kerala, building for teams worldwide. Snaptiqz and Workeron are built to work for teams anywhere, from a single office to many branches.
